Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX & Product Designer who blends visual creativity with strategic design thinking. In this role, you’ll design interfaces that are not only beautiful — but functional, scalable, and purposeful. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and founders to turn ideas into meaningful digital experiences. Having experience with international clients and familiarity with new-gen AI design tools (like v0.dev, Relume, or Uizard) will give you a solid edge.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, high-fidelity, and responsive layouts for web and SaaS applications.
- Mentor junior designers through feedback and guidance.
- Build scalable design systems with Figma components and tokens.
- Turn brand identity into user-friendly, consistent UI design.
- Collaborate with developers and PMs for seamless implementation and handoff.
- Experiment with AI-based tools to boost creativity and accelerate design workflows.

What We Expect
- 3–5+ years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience (web/mobile/SaaS).
- Strong portfolio showing visual clarity, hierarchy, and design system knowledge.
- Expert in Figma — components, prototypes, variants, tokens, and style guides.
- Confident in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-team syncs.
- Ability to lead with empathy, guide juniors, and collaborate transparently.
- Bonus: experience with prompt-based or AI-assisted design workflows.
